The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the defendant guilty on the part of the facts charged of this case, and there was no error of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of intrusion upon residence or legitimate act, as alleged in the grounds of appeal

In addition, the grounds of appeal asserted in the grounds of appeal are not legitimate grounds of appeal, as they are asserted in the grounds of appeal by the defendant as the grounds of appeal, or by the court below as the subject of ex officio decision

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
