I, J, Defendant B, and C completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 30, 1970 with respect to the shares of Defendant B among the shares of 3,418 square meters and 1,068 square meters before Gangdong-gu Seoul E, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and the shares of 1/7 square meters, the shares of Defendant C in 3/7, the shares of 2/7, and the shares of 1/7, and the J completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 30, 1970.

On January 13, 1984, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the inheritance on September 1, 1983 with respect to one-seven share of J-1/7 of each of the above lands.

On the other hand, on November 19, 199, the plaintiff was awarded 2/7 shares of the I out of each of the above land in the auction procedure for real estate auction and paid the successful bid price in full, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 21, 199.

Around October 24, 2007, the land of 3,418 square meters prior to Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E was divided into 3,281 square meters prior to Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and 137 square meters prior to K.

(2) As of the date of closing argument, the Plaintiff’s share in the instant land, Defendant B, and Defendant C, among the instant land, completed each registration of ownership transfer as to the share in 2/7 shares, Defendant B’s share in 2/7 shares, and 3/7 shares in 3/7 shares in the instant land as of the date of closing argument in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “E land” and the share in 1,068 square meters in F, and the share in 1,068 square meters in F. The general utilization status of the instant land is as indicated in the attached Form.
