1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 8, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff loaned 50,000 won to the defendant around June 2, 2014, with the interest rate of KRW 50,000 per month and the due date of payment as of August 2, 2014.
