1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. B was at the time of the land survey project implemented under the former Land Survey Decree (Ordinance No. 2, repealed, hereinafter the same shall apply) during the Japanese colonial era, at the time of the land survey project conducted under the former Land Survey Decree (Ordinance No. 2, 13, 1912, hereinafter the same shall apply) 4,580 square meters.

(D) On May 10, 1995, the name was changed to Pyeongtaek-si E. (hereinafter the above D land is specified only with the lot number, land category, and area).

C The answer 4,580 square meters was divided into: (i) F 4,416 square meters on June 30, 1937; (ii) G 136 square meters (hereinafter “the mother land of this case”); and (iii) H 28 square meters.

C. As to the above F and H land after the above division, the registration of ownership was completed as follows.

- Preservation on June 30, 1937, F. B. B. on August 7, 1937, 1937, a registered titleholder who causes the date of receipt of the registration of land ownership; B. on March 25, 1947, the trust shipbuilding Trust Co., Ltd., Ltd. before March 25, 1947, which was entrusted on September 20, 1946 before April 20, 1946, B. 1946, before December 30, 1937, Plaintiff H. 1937, preserved on December 25, 197, before December 31, 197, as of December 31, 197, B. B. 1937, August 9, 1937, 194; and < Amended by Act No. 3794, Apr. 16, 1967>

D. The above net I (hereinafter “the deceased”) is the father of the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff solely inherited the deceased on December 25, 1974.

E. Since the above subdivision, the land category was changed to a road, and the area was converted into the area on July 1, 197, and became a G road 450 square meters, and was divided into each land listed in the separate sheet on January 8, 1990 (hereinafter “each land of this case”).

F. Since 625 pages, no registry has been prepared, no other registry exists, and no other registry has been prepared for each of the lands of this case.

G. On each land cadastre of this case and each land cadastre of this case, the name of the owner is indicated as K.
