1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual interest from November 15, 201 to June 3, 2015, and on June 4, 2015.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

Pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) concerning statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals, the portion of the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015
However, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant in accordance with Article 98 and the proviso to Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
