Punishment of the crime
On April 6, 2018, the Defendant was on board F-si operated by the victim E (V) in front of the D Hospital on April 6, 2018, and arrived at G at the front of the Defendant’s residence at around 01:00 on the same day, but the charges do not reach a large amount.
In order for the injured person to move to the neighboring district, 5, 6 times the victim's face was taken by drinking while standing the said taxi, and the injured person was able to take the face of the victim by drinking while driving the said taxi.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a driver of a vehicle in operation.
