Punishment of the crime
At around 07:40 on November 23, 2012, the Defendant driven a Bexton vehicle in the state of blood alcohol concentration of about 700M from the vicinity of the fire station in the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the 351-39th road in the same Guero-dong, Jungcheon-gu to the same 351-39th road in the same Gu.
