A. The Defendants jointly share KRW 200,000,000 and for this, from May 1, 2014 to March 22, 2016.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of each applicable provision of Acts;

The Plaintiff’s partial dismissal of the part is entitled to seek damages for delay from May 1, 2014, which is the day following the due date for the payment of KRW 200,000,000 of the investment principal, and from May 1, 2015, from May 1, 2015, from loans of KRW 30,000,000, the following day following the due date for the payment of KRW 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 4, 2015, the following day following the due date for the payment of the damages for delay from April 4, 2015 to the date of full payment. Thus, the portion of each of the above claims for delay damages exceeding the rate of KRW 6% per annum from the day following the due date to the delivery of a copy of the complaint.
