Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment and fine of 90,000,000 won at the Seoul High Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bribery) and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 10, 2018.
[Basic Facts] The Defendant was employed as a public official in technical service in C viewing around August 2016 to July 2017 and was in charge of electricity-related duties, such as installation and maintenance of street lamps from C viewing construction division from around August 2016 to around July 2017. From around July 2017, CD Library is a Grade 6 public official in charge of facility management duties, E (Personnel F) is a company that produces and sells street lamps, etc. in C, Nam-si. H (the president) is a company that produces and sells LED traffic signal, etc. in C, 1 and 220, and K (director L) is a company that produces and sells a signal light, etc. in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, a company that receives an investment from the PE counter of Cheongwon-si, and N (O) is a company that sells it as Defendant 2, a company that receives an investment from Defendant 2, a company that sells it as Defendant Q.
[Criminal facts]
1. On November 2017, when the Defendant was in charge of electricity-related affairs, such as the installation and maintenance of street lamps at C viewing Construction Division, etc., the Defendant demanded that “O, a Nmannman, deliver the LED equipment to T Library at this time, which would cause N to deliver to N.,” and received KRW 1,189,400 from U.S. No. 1,189,40 on November 20, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe in relation to his duties.
