On March 18, 2014, around 11:40, the buildings and household buildings built and supplied by the Defendant on May 16, 2003 from 3 306 of the D building owned by C located in Chuncheon-si B (hereinafter “instant kimchi cooling house”) were destroyed by fire behind the kimchi cooling house (the model E; hereinafter “instant kimchi cooling house”) that was manufactured on May 16, 2003 and supplied by the Defendant on May 18, 2003, and were destroyed by the above 306-ra 306 and neighboring three generations (305, 405, 406).

(hereinafter “instant fire”).

B. The Plaintiff, as an insurer of the fire insurance for the foregoing D D building, completed an investigation into the fire site after the occurrence of the instant fire, and paid a total of KRW 42,904,990 to the victims of the said C, etc. by April 23, 2014.

C. On the other hand, the use manual of the kimchi cooling in this case states the following matters as warning matters, and states that if the contents of warning are not complied with, a major risk of human life damage, fire, etc. may occur.
