Reasons

1. On May 16, 2016, around 15:00 on May 16, 2016, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Seoul Southern District Court 309, Seoul Southern District Court 2015 and 2386 C, which was located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Seoul, as a witness of the Defendant’s violation of the Road Traffic Act against the said court’s 2015 and 2386 C.
