1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 244,019,393 won and 5% per annum from September 1, 2004 to June 10, 2008.

[On the other hand, the plaintiff's lawsuit (Seoul Central District Court 2008Gahap36911) filed against the defendants against the plaintiff on July 17, 2008 (the defendant jointly and severally paid 5% per annum from September 1, 2004 to June 10, 2008, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment) of the plaintiff's claim acceptance of the plaintiff's claim on July 17, 2008 (the defendant jointly and severally paid to the plaintiff 25,929,203 won, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment).
