In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

A (hereinafter referred to as “A”) is a person who entered the Republic of Korea with a tourism visa (B-2) around April 28, 2014 with the Egypt nationality, and Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) entered the Republic of Korea with a tourism visa (B-2) on April 2, 2011 with the Egypt nationality, and is a married couple with Defendant A. A, and a false real estate lease contract for foreigners who intend to apply for refugee status is brord to provide false real estate lease contracts to foreigners who want to apply for refugee status.

The Defendants knew the fact that when applying for refugee status in the Republic of Korea, the status of stay can be changed and that they will be legally staying in the Republic of Korea, they want to forge a real estate lease contract through a name-free box D to submit the document proving the status of stay at the time of applying for refugee status.

Accordingly, on August 2014, in the French area of Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as "Seoul Special Metropolitan City") on the location of a computer in the form of a real estate lease contract, "Weight-gu E", "F, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, G, A, and C", "F, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and August 26, 2014", and "H, Gangnam-gu I, J, and K" were written in the lessor's column and printed it out to the lessor's name and then the lessor's seal was affixed arbitrarily to the name.

B Upon receipt of one copy of the real estate lease contract under the name of K from the deceased (title D) around that time, Defendant A is the lessee of the above real estate lease contract at the Incheon Immigration Office located in the Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu around August 13, 2014.
