1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,200,000 and the interest rate thereon from December 24, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(Provided, That Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that the judgment of deemed confession shall be deemed to be the plaintiff, the creditor, and the debtor)
