Reasons
1. According to a lease agreement dated July 7, 201 with the Defendant indicating the claim, a deposit of KRW 40 million has been paid and the leased house (No. 306, Changwon-si, Changwon-si) has been resided therein. Since the lease term expires due to the expiration of the period of July 7, 2015, the return of the deposit is sought. 2. Judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)
