The lower court found the Defendants guilty of violating the Sanitary Control Act by misrepresentation of livestock products from March 11, 2013 to March 21, 2013 among the facts charged in the instant case with respect to the Defendants.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on admissibility of evidence.

In addition, Defendant B’s ground of appeal that there was an error of misunderstanding of the legal principles as to abuse of public prosecution power is not a legitimate ground of appeal, and it is not a legitimate ground of appeal, since the above Defendant’s ground of appeal or the lower court did not have decided ex officio

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
