On April 10, 2018, around 22:15, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s neck in his/her left hand, and threatened him/her about to see his/her hand, on the front side of his/her exit No. 54 “Daksan Station” in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, with a traffic accident.
