구상금
1. The Defendant is jointly and severally with the Plaintiff Company B, as well as KRW 23,474,956, and its amount from December 29, 2014 to January 5, 2016.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) Item 1 of the Civil Procedure Act (No pleadings are held) of the applicable provisions of law;
3. In accordance with the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part that exceeds 15% per annum from the day after the duplicate of the complaint of this case is served to the day of complete payment, among the Plaintiff’s claims for delay damages against the Defendant, is dismissed
