A. Defendant L is the representative director of Defendant M&A (hereinafter “Defendant M&A”) for the purpose of investment consulting business.

B. The Plaintiffs entered into each investment agreement with Defendant L to make an investment on the same conditions as the stated “the maturity” and “the agreed yield” of the said Table on each corresponding date set out below, and paid each of the amounts stated in the “investment date” of the said Table to Defendant L on each corresponding date.
