Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On June 23, 2016, at around 17:30, the Defendant driven a B earth car without a driver's license from approximately 20km section from the front of the Do apartment apartment in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the front road of the Hoan Science High School located in 100 South-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
