1. The Defendant’s KRW 35,00,000 as well as 6% per annum from October 12, 2017 to April 13, 2018 to the Plaintiff.
1. On March 31, 2009, the Plaintiff and Puson Korea (hereinafter “Puson”) entered into an author’s property right transfer agreement with respect to “B” 1 through 4, “C” 1, 2, and “D1 through 4 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the instant related books”).
(E) The Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract for the transfer of author’s property rights with respect to the instant books on May 19, 2014, but agreed on May 31, 2014.
Upon termination of a contract for the transfer of author’s property right with Edson, the Plaintiff plans to directly publish teaching materials, and on August 4, 2014, Article 1 (Authority) of the National Sales Agreement (hereinafter “instant Agreement”) with the Defendant.
