A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Punishment of the crime
On July 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for one year of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual night buildings, larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court on July 16, 2015, and such sentence becomes final and conclusive on July 24, 2015, and is currently under suspended sentence.
1. Larceny of buildings habitually invaded at night;
A. On November 29, 2015, around 22:51, the Defendant cancelled the entrance door of the C Tax Accounting Office’s Da3th floor by using a cell phone charging device, and intruded into the said door, and had been in his/her books.
C 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim E, such as the passbook of the Korean bank of the name of the name of the C, were stolen.
B. On November 30, 2015, around 07:03, the Defendant, at the lower point of Korea bank located on the first floor of the same building as the above A, entered a bank passbook of Da, which was stolen, and entered a password, and then withdrawn a total of KRW 12 million owned by us.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually invadedd a structure at night, and stolen another's property.
2. On November 30, 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), driven a bicycle with 110 motor devices at bench 110 bicycle without obtaining a motor device driver’s license from the front floor of the 1st floor of the building, such as paragraph (1) of the same Article, to the net 1,000 city university located.
