The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that all of the facts charged in the instant case is guilty on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the interpretation of Article 47-2(1) of the Election of Public Officials or Article 32(1) of the Political Funds Act, or any error of violating the principle of statutory punishment, by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the interpretation of Article 32(1) of the Political Funds Act.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
