1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,701,463 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 6, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On September 17, 2014, the Plaintiff concluded a lease contract with the Defendant for the rental deposit of KRW 55,00,000, and the lease period of KRW 500,000 with respect to the C building 505 at leisure time, and paid all the rental deposit.
B. The Defendant still does not refund 39,701,463 won of the deposit, even though the agreed term of lease expires and the deposit is returned.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
