However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), as follows:

1. On November 1, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of philophones contained in C Hotel D located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from E, for a single-use in a single-use injection machine, and had E put approximately 0.03g of the above philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and then administered them by having the Defendant in injection into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

2. On December 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 0.2g 1.60,000 g of philopon from E, 160,000 won, 1.6g of philopon from E, and had E injection approximately 0.03g of the said philopon to the Defendant in the above way.

3. On December 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 80,000 from Y to E in the street near Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) purchased approximately KRW 0.1g of opon 80,000, a one-time injection device containing approximately 0.1g of opon from E, and purchased KRW 0.1g of opon 80,000.

4. On January 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of the phiphonephones purchased from E into a single-use dypology; (b) dyphophones purchased from E into a single-use dypology; and (c) injected them into the Defendant’s arms bloodline.

5. On January 29, 2018, around 19:50, the Defendant kept approximately 0.14 g of philopon by inserting one divers in a single string box containing approximately 0.09 g of philopon under the bottom of the J hotel K located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
