On September 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) provided that the Defendant arranged sexual traffic at a place where he/she conducts the amusement business by arranging sexual traffic on six occasions from August 10, 2012 to September 13, 2012, including arranging sexual traffic by having D, who is an employee, with a fee of KRW 20,000,000,000, paid for the price of sexual traffic, to have D, who is a female employee, sexual intercourse with his/her name, and arrange sexual traffic.
