The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around 00:50 on June 7, 2019, the summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant disposed of cigarette butts, etc. in front of the entrance to the building B in Busan Metropolitan City (the age of 60) provided that the Victim C (the age of 60) expressed “A, C,” “A, C, and C, in a situation where there is a sulna or D for smoking tobacco.”
Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
2. Determination
(a) An offense subject to prosecution on complaint (Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act);
B. On July 21, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his/her intent to revoke the complaint against the defendant.
