1. The plaintiff shall sell each real estate listed in the separate sheet to an auction and deduct the auction cost from the proceeds.

Reasons

1. On July 5, 2018 and December 12, 2019, the Plaintiff and the Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on the same portion as that indicated in the separate sheet.

2. The Plaintiff, as a co-owner of the instant real estate, may file a claim for the partition of the instant real estate with the other co-owners to the other co-owners. The Plaintiff wanted to divide the price by auction, and the Defendants do not seem to oppose this. In full view of the shape of the instant real estate and its use status, the instant real estate constitutes a case where it is difficult or inappropriate to divide

Therefore, it is reasonable to divide the sale price by means of selling it to auction and distributing it.
