[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million on April 17, 2014 to a charge of acquiring water from the head of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office on his/her duties and the head of the office, and was sentenced to a suspension of indictment on November 19, 2013 by the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office for the crime of acquiring water from the head of the office.

[2] From December 2014 to November 2016, 2016, D is an employee of the victim company employed in the wireless business division E group of the victim Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd”) in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”), and is engaged in the business of transferring the performance test to researchers of the above E Group’s offices after obtaining performance test cell phone from the sample management center in the victim company, while having the performance test cell phone transported from December 2, 2014 to November 14, 2016 to approximately 5 to 70,000 average of the victim company’s performance test mobile phone from December 2014 to 8, 474 (a total of KRW 6.64,500,000,000,000 in total of the victim’s claimed goods) and then has embezzled it through means of embezzlement of the victim company’s performance test mobile phone from the victim company.

H sold to H, as above, H purchased from D the total sum of 8,474 mobile phones he/she embezzled for performance testing in KRW 80 million.

Defendant around December 2014, 2014, “Is to purchase a mobile phone from Samsung EM to Samsung Eth, a mobile phone from Samsung Eth, and Is to purchase it.

“In receipt of the proposal, H accepted the proposal stating that “I will export to a foreign country without distributing in the Republic of Korea.”

Around January 2015, the Defendant, at the above G office, knew of the fact that the Defendant was a 10-value stolens from H to 10,000 won of the victim’s embezzlement crime, which was purchased by H from the above G office, according to the quality of the mobile phone, he/she acquired the stolen goods by paying the purchase price in cash from 120,000 won to 180,000 won per opening according to the quality of the mobile phone.
