1. A lease contract entered into on October 25, 2014 between the Defendant and Nonparty B regarding the real estate stated in the separate sheet.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. B completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on the grounds of sale and purchase as of February 13, 1996 as of December 12, 1996.
B. On October 25, 2014, the Defendant entered into a lease contract with a deposit of KRW 16,00,000 for the instant real estate and the period from October 31, 2014 to October 30, 2016 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), and paid KRW 1,600,000 as the down payment on the same day.
C. On October 29, 2014, the Defendant paid KRW 14,400,000 in the balance of deposit to B on October 31, 201, after completing a move-in report at the same time with a fixed date on the instant lease agreement, and received the instant real estate from the Defendant.
At the time of the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, the instant real estate was respectively established on (1) the debtor D, the maximum debt amount of 167,400,000 won, (2) the debtor B, the maximum debt amount of 50,700,000 won, (3) the debtor B, the maximum debt amount of 50,700,000 won, the plaintiff of the right to collateral security, (2) the right to collateral security, (3) the debtor B, the maximum debt amount of 50,000 won, E, the right to collateral security, and (4) the execution of provisional attachment and provisional attachment of the National Health Insurance Corporation on January 25, 201, (1), (2) the seizure and provisional attachment of the National Health Insurance Corporation on July 6, 201, and (3) the cause of the provisional attachment and provisional attachment of the Republic of Korea on September 26, 2009, 201, and (4) the cause of the provisional attachment and provisional attachment of Seoul Foundation on March 20, 2010.
E. B did not have any property other than the instant real estate at the time of concluding the instant lease agreement.
F. Korea Standards Bank, Inc., applies for an auction of real estate rent under this Court C with respect to the instant real estate. < Amended by Act No. 13183, Feb. 2, 2015>
