Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

The Plaintiff is the representative of the “B” (hereinafter referred to as the “instant medical care institution”) under the Act on Long-Term Care Insurance for the Aged.

From January 23, 2017 to January 26, 2017, the Defendant conducted an on-site investigation by setting the investigation period as 13 months from November 2015 to November 2016 as to whether the instant medical care institution’s claim for expenses for long-term care benefits was appropriate.
