1. On December 5, 2013, a disposition to revoke the designation of a Chinese travel agent against an applicant on December 5, 2013 is suspended until the sentencing date of this Court 2014Guhap960.

Purport of application

Paragraph (1) of this Article shall also apply to the case except for seeking suspension of validity until the judgment on the merits becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

According to the evidence submitted by the applicant, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent irrecoverable damage caused to the applicant due to the execution of the disposition stipulated in Paragraph (1) of this Article, and there is no other data that may otherwise be deemed to have a significant impact on public welfare due to the suspension of the above effect. Accordingly, the application of this case shall be partially accepted,
