1. The Defendant’s KRW 146,170,00 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 18, 2014 to September 24, 2016, and the following.
1. Around August 2007, the Plaintiff agreed to make a loan account of KRW 150 million to a national bank under the name of the Defendant and the Plaintiff, and lent the loan to the Defendant from time to time within the limit of KRW 150 million.
On March 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant determined the amount loaned by the Plaintiff to the Defendant as KRW 150 million, and the due date was determined as of March 17, 2014.
The Defendant repaid KRW 3.7 million on March 18, 2014, and KRW 130,000 on April 3, 2014 as the principal of the loan.
The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 146,170,000 won and damages for delay.
