1. The defendant's KRW 175,00,000 for the plaintiff and 5% per annum from June 5, 2004 to June 15, 2006.

Reasons

According to the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the above court rendered a judgment on June 15, 2006 that "the defendant and C apply for the payment order of this case against the defendant and C for the extension of the prescription period of claims under the above judgment, and the defendant shall pay 5% interest per annum from May 26, 2004 to June 15, 2006, and 20% interest per annum from June 5, 2004 to June 15, 2006." The above judgment against the defendant was finalized on July 8, 2006. The plaintiff applied for the payment order of this case against the defendant and C for the payment order of this case for the extension of claims under the above judgment, and the defendant shall be liable to pay the plaintiff the payment order of this case to the plaintiff under the above-mentioned order of Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (1) of the same Article.
