1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its related amount are 12% per annum from August 19, 2013 to March 28, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On August 19, 2013, the Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 50,00,000 to the Defendant on the ground that: (a) the Plaintiff lent the loan to the Defendant for a period of 1% per month; and (b) the lease period of two years; and (c) the Plaintiff did not repay the loan.
