1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 17, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Seoul Central District Court Decision 2004Da341892 Decided March 18, 2005 (However, the "creditor" is deemed to be "Plaintiff" and the "debtor" shall be deemed to be "defendants") for the interruption of the extinctive prescription period of the loan claims against the plaintiff that became final and conclusive by the decision of the Seoul Central District Court (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
