However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At around 15:00 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant was a person who sells building materials with Chinese nationality, and entered the Jeju from North China to Jeju, and was accommodated with the victim No. 812 on April 10, 2015.

1. From around 17:00 to 24:00 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant lost a draft of 80,000 Chinese money (Korean currency KRW 13,956,00) that was in possession of the said EM casino from around 17:0 to around 24:00, the Defendant stolen the victim’s body card and stolen it, thereby having the victim’s mind to continue the victim’s play, and on April 11, 2015, stolen the victim’s body card from around 03:0 to around 00, the Defendant stolen the victim’s body card from the Chinese Agricultural Bank that was in possession of the victim’s seat.

On April 11, 2015, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) settled the 60,000 square meters (an amount equivalent to KRW 10,467,00) of Chinese money with the cream card owned by the stolen victim in order to operate the cream at a G hotel casino located in the Jeju CityF on April 11, 2015; (b) obtained a casino chips equivalent to the same amount and used the cream card unlawfully; (c) borrowed the casino chips equivalent to KRW 10,74,500 from the said G casino on the same day at around 09:00; and (d) lost all, used the cream chips by settling the 10,000 square meters with the cock card owned by the stolen victim.
