No one may sell or provide harmful drugs, such as alcoholic beverages, to juveniles without compensation. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant sold E, F, and G (each 18 years of age) alcoholic beverages to juveniles E, E, F, and E (each 18 years of age) at the main point of “D” located in Dongbcheon-si C operated by himself/herself.

Summary of Evidence

1. Partial statement of the defendant;

1. A written statement of H, E, and G preparation, on-site photographs, receipts, E, F, and protocol of suspect examination of each police officer concerning H, E, and G;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to inquiries, such as criminal history;

1. Article 59 Subparag. 6 and Article 28(1) of the former Juvenile Protection Act (Amended by Act No. 14446, Dec. 20, 2016);

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. The judgment and the defense counsel on the issue of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act regarding the issue of the provisional payment order

The argument is asserted.

In a case where a person operating a restaurant and a restaurant had only adults at the time of drinking alcohol to the persons who have entered the restaurant, and they have drinking alcohol later, and later became a juvenile and became a member of the juvenile, the restaurant operator would have been able to anticipate that the juvenile would be a member of the juvenile later, or that the juvenile would be a member of the juvenile later, or that the juvenile would be a member of the juvenile later, and that the juvenile would drink part of the remaining alcoholic beverages, unless the juvenile later became a member of the juvenile after the juvenile was a member of the restaurant.

Even if the restaurant operator had "act of selling alcoholic beverages to juveniles" under Article 59 (6) of the Juvenile Protection Act.
