1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from August 23, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: Around February 21, 2012, the Plaintiff lent KRW 50 million to Defendant B for a fixed period of 2% per month interest and on February 21, 2013; and the Defendant C requested the return of the loan on the ground that the Defendant B guaranteed the obligation to return the principal and interest of the loan.
2. Claim against Defendant B: Judgment made by deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
