1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its amount are 8.5% per annum from September 19, 2011 to November 20, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
If the purport of the entire argument is added to each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, it is recognized that the defendant has jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations against the plaintiff by the plaintiff on September 19, 201 when the plaintiff lent 50 million won to C on September 19, 201 to December 19, 2011, and 8.5% per annum.
According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the interest or delay damages at the rate of 8.5% per annum from September 19, 2011 to November 20, 2019, on which the copy of the complaint of this case was served on the plaintiff from September 19, 2011, which is the lending date, and the interest or delay damages at the rate of 12% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
