1. The Defendant is 20% per annum from September 5, 2014 to the date of full payment with respect to KRW 30,758,613 and KRW 24,469,710 among the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: A claim for the current credit card price (principal 24,469,710 won, fee 1,907,648 won, late 4,381,255 won) as of September 4, 2014, which was used after a member was registered on January 6, 2011, and was not repaid (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
