Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant owned four stores, including 111, in the Changwon-si Mapopo-si C building, and was working as the management office since 2003, and embezzled mobile communication relay towers rents, etc. installed in the above commercial building in around 2012. The Defendant was released from the office of the head of the management office around May 2013. The victim D worked as the cleaning agent of the above commercial building from around May 2013.
In relation to the embezzlement case, the defendant thought that the victim was bringing a question to the owner of the commercial building and had the complaint.
1. Around 06:00 on May 6, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the business of May 6, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the cleaning of the victim by force over about five minutes, such as “I have to go to the court because I have to go to the court, I have to do so, I have to do not refuse to do so, and I have to do so.” The Defendant interfered with the cleaning of the victim by force.

4. The Defendant, at around 06:30 on August 31, 2013, asked the victim, who is cleaning at the same place as Paragraph 1, at around 06:30 on August 31, 2013, to see that “I will turn back to others after having all of the toilets, etc. cut,” and then asked the victim to “I will not end up.”
