3. (State) The Defendant, as an actual operator of D, is an employer who runs a meat processing business with four regular workers, and is working in the above workplace from January 16, 2012 to April 1, 2013.

A retired worker E’s wages and retirement allowances totaling KRW 5,200,000 for August 2012, 2012, KRW 1,500,000 for October 2012, and KRW 1,500,000 for February 2, 2013, and KRW 5,200,000 for wages and retirement allowances totaling KRW 1,50,000 for March 2013, and KRW 1,091,095 for retirement allowances, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date between the parties.
