1. The defendant shall pay 210,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. On December 8, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant to lease the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment D term from December 8, 2017 to December 7, 2019, and paid the deposit to the Defendant.
Since the above term of lease expires, the defendant shall be requested to return the deposit to the defendant.
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by deemed as private capital);
