All of the lawsuits against the Defendants by the Plaintiff (Appointeds) shall be dismissed.
The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiff (the appointed party).
Reasons
In accordance with Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act on December 21, 2020, the court ordered the Plaintiff to provide a security for the costs of lawsuit, but the Plaintiff did not provide a security within the period prescribed in the above order from the date when the above order to provide a security became final and conclusive.
Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition by the decision that the lawsuit shall be dismissed without holding any pleadings in accordance with the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
