1. The Defendant: (a) conspireds to steals oil in the oil pipelines with C, D, E, F, G, etc.; (b) F and C act as a general manager of the crime, such as interfering with funds, excavation experts, stolen business operators, etc.; (c) G act as an act of installing facilities to steal oil in the oil pipelines; (d) D’s act as the head of the oil station; (d) the role of providing funds; (e) the role of providing funds; and (e) the Defendant’s act as digging out the land connected to the oil pipelines.

On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to engage in normal business by leasing “Iriju station” in the name of Pyeongtaek-si H near the place where the pipelines managed by the victim dopco (hereinafter “victim company”) are laid underground; and (b) prepared equipment, etc. necessary for various operations.

From that time to February 2013, the Defendant excavated an underground tunnel up to the oil pipeline managed by the victim company, which was laid 2 meters away from the boiler room up to 13.1 meters underground, between F and IS boiler boilers, by drilling up to 2 meters underground, and excavated from the boiler room up to the oil pipeline managed by the victim company. G, etc. installed an oil stamp to steal oil by drilling hole on the oil pipeline, and deducted oil on the oil tank installed in the oil reservoir through the oil pressure string.

As above, the Defendant stolen the total market value of KRW 180,360,000, including oil 100,200 liters, which were being transported to the pipelines managed by the victim from February 11, 2013 to November 23, 2013, including gasoline 8,500, gasoline 43,300, light oil 48,400 liters.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with F, etc.

2. The Defendant violated the Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act shall be managed by the victim company, which was laid underground in the vicinity of the IB in the same manner as paragraph (1), from December 2, 2012 to February 2013.
