Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

A person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall set its purpose and obtain permission from the competent authority. However, around July 30, 2012, the Defendant used the same to convert a mountainous district of 848 square meters out of the above forests, including the above forests and fields, for the purpose of constructing lodging facilities and installing access roads, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, and removed trees, such as the joint presses, by inserting the necessary equipment from the competent authority, and by removing the trees cut out from the said area, and by creating an access road and flating the site.
