Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was the legal couple B, and on March 21, 2014, there was no delegation, consent, or permission from B with respect to opening of mobile phones.
1. Forgery of private documents;
A. On May 20, 2013, the Defendant signed “B” on May 20, 2013, the Defendant signed a new contract, personal information consent, and the sales contract for a device to request the opening and communication of the E mobile phone in the name of B using the resident registration certificate and resident registration certificate of B kept in the Defendant’s residence at the mobile phone sales store in Seoul.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged the instant private document in the name B related to a certificate of fact for the purpose of exercising the right.
B. On February 17, 2014, the Defendant’s cell phone sales store of “G” located in the F Service in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
In order to open and communicate H mobile phones in the name of SK Telecom in the same manner as described in B, it was signed as a new contract, personal information consent, and the customer column of the sales contract for the terminal, 'B' and 'B'.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged the instant private document in the name B related to a certificate of fact for the purpose of exercising the right.
2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

The new contract in B's name, personal information consent, and the mobile phone sales contract which may be forged at the same date and place as the mentioned in the paragraph was delivered to the employee of the mobile phone sales store who may know of the fact for the purpose of opening the mobile phone and used it.
