1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 47,30,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 22, 2015 to the day of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff' and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Judgment by service of public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: The statutory interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015, which was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015 under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings. According to the foregoing provision, with respect to the statutory interest rate of a case for which the first instance trial has not been concluded until September 30, 2015, and the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 shall apply.
(Provided, That where the rate of agreement exceeds the rate of interest of the special case, the agreed rate shall apply)
