[Criminal history] Defendant D was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 10, 2016, and the suspended sentence became final and conclusive on November 18, 2016.

[2] From November 18, 2015 to July 5, 2016, Defendant A adopted a resolution with the following: (a) the owner operating a sexual traffic business establishment in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “H”; (b) the head of the department in charge of the reservation and response against customers from May 30, 2016; (c) the employees in charge of the management of carbs and female employees from May 30, 2016; and (d) the Defendant D, from around June 24, 2016, employed female employees I, J, K, L, M, etc. to arrange sexual traffic by receiving 150,000 won to female employees under the name of a large number of unspecified male customers who find out such place; and (b) the Defendant C, from May 30, 2016, has decided to have them arrange sexual traffic.

On July 5, 2016, the Defendants received 220,000 won from the N of male customers who found the place at the above business establishment on July 5, 2016 by credit card and had the above L perform the sexual intercourse once.

Accordingly, Defendant A conspired with Defendant A, from November 18, 2015 to April 5, 2016, solely from May 201, 2016, to from May 29, 2016, and Defendant A, B, and C conspired to act as a broker for sexual traffic. From May 30, 2016 to June 23, 2016, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for sexual traffic.
